Food Export Association of the Midwest needed to migrate manual application processing into an online system. The goal was to increase staff productivity and information sharing. Etchasoft was engaged to design, architect and document the new business rules, workflow and customer relationship management system. The business consulting team collaborated with the Food Export team to re-engineer all of the organizations data collection, workflow, business intelligence, reporting and knowledge management functions.
