California Residential Mitigation Program had an interesting problem: Launching a statewide program providing funds to homeowners to retrofit their house to lessen earthquake damage. And, the Web site must assist the small staff be more productive and drive the required collaboration between the homeowners and the organization – from practically any type of device. Etchasoft was selected as the development and support partner and provided the Web development expertise in defining the application lifecycle, translating that process into an online Web application, developing a homeowner relationship management system and launching the core Web site on a flexible content management system in a responsive design that can adjust to the size of the device accessing the site.
